New or potential patients, please be aware that establishing care and setting up an appointment for primary care, OMT/OMM, or acupuncture, requires completion of a list of documents (7+), conversation with staff, and review by the Dr. before an appointment is set. Same day appointments are more difficult to arrange.
Established patients please access your Dr. via Spruce and Elation Passport directly.
